What You Get and When

The Distance Healing I send to you utilizes ALL the healing modalities to which I have been attuned to over the years. All healing session work on multiple levels - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - and starts going out to people the moment they sign up. Quite often people report they can notice the effects right away. Folks who have requested a Healing Attunement for additional adjustments will receive them throughout the sessions at no specific time.

How To Get It

The optimal way to receive the energy is to be in a quiet, relaxed position during the session. However, some people just won’t be able to on the day of the sessions or may have something planned some of the evenings. Even if you are out doing something, the energy will still do its work with great results. Folks often report how beneficial the sessions were even when they weren’t able to be quiet. It's also okay to be asleep during the sessions; so long as you're comfortable, it's as good a way to receive healing energy.

Who Gets It

Your request may include ALL MEMBERS of your household, including pets and plants. Just indicate on the Healing Request Form the names of each person and/or pet and his/her age, any health or other concerns, as well as the number of plants in your home that might need energy healing support. What You May Feel Before, During and After

Some people can have odd aches and pains surface and release. Don’t be alarmed if you feel achy or emotional during this time. The pains are caused by the energy clearing out the blockages. Old symptoms may also be aggravated as the energy works its way through the resistance of the blockages. Sometimes the aches and pains may last from a few minutes to a day or longer. If you feel this happening to you, just realize it is very helpful and healing.

If you are feeling tired, try and get as much rest as possible.The tiredness is caused by the energy working through the blockages and releasing toxins. The body needs to release the toxins and your organs of elimination will be energetically supported to help with this.

Some people can feel more emotional during this time and that is good. The energy helps to clear repressed emotions which is often the cause of illness and disease. When we release the old emotions, deep healing can take place.
